Problem Statement

As part of Urban Piper’s strategy to streamline their sales process and improve customer relationship management, Urban Piperwantd to integrate their software platform with Salesforce, a widely used CRM platform. However, despite Urban Piper’s efforts, they encountered several challenges when attempting to achieve a two-way integration with Salesforce using Freshsales. The challenges included issues with data synchronization, data accuracy, and system compatibility.
